This place is a disaster, the toilet requires a Herculean push to flush while the air-conditioning unit spews hot air like a faulty furnace. Expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles but instead got neglected like everyone else. Possibly could've been a good stay, but just couldn't!

Large units on a high level again, really enjoyed it. The location to a tower and a theatre was great for what I needed. There was a really great restaurant, a market and a bakery next door.

The views from the apartment were amazing 🌅. Fantastic location near everything you'd want, but the bathroom could really use some work and the hallways felt a bit shabby.

Comfortable bed, pleasant living room, useful kitchen, very clean. We asked for an upper level room away from city views and promptly got that. Good number of available elevators

In addition to the bath towels (one each for my spouse and myself) a set of handtowels would have been nice.

Location & staff.

TV couldn't be tuned, DVDs couldn't be played, kitchen was poorly equipped. This was the worst hotel experience (aside from the staff who did very well under obviously poor senior management/ownership) we've experienced in 35 years of travel. We will actively discourage our friends from staying at istay/oaks.

The room was cleaned daily but did n't look or feel particularly clean and available on the top level. All the staff was accommodating, fixed my issues. The location was great, easy walk to Britomart.

What an very nice experience! The convenient location is just a short walk from major attractions. The spacious apartment impressed us with its fine harbor view and comfortable accommodations. The staff were helpful. Nothing beats waking up to that amazing skyline view each morning!
